Once, there were two boys. One looked handsome but was not so intelligent. The other was not so good looking but had superb I.Q. So, both of them completed their studies and went to apply for a job. During the interview, the handsome guy had a confident personality but, his knowledge was less compared to other candidates. On the other hand, the other was able to answer all of the interviewer's questions perfectly. Finally, they were asked to complete an exercise in order to assess their management skills. The handsome guy only cared about his own job while, the other guy brought the team before himself and attained cohesiveness. So, he was selected and not the other guy. Thus, we are known for our deeds and and not for our looks.

The Lazy Cat
Once there was a cat called Kitty. She was a cute little cat and so was loved and praised by everyone. She would mainly sit on her owner's hall sofa and continue to gaze and stare at people going in and out. She was used to hence being adorned by everyone. This turned her to be very proud of herself.
Once the owner bought a dog which was later named Moti. He had quite a dull look. Seeing that, Kitty always use to express her disgust in some or the other way. She never liked him. Also, everyone stopped coming to her. This made her angry with him and therefore she started breaking things in the house. After seeing the condition of the house done by Kitty, the owner became furious and therefore, punished Kitty. But was released later.
One night while everyone was sleeping. Suddenly a bark was heard by everyone. When everyone came they saw Moti caught a thief. The owner called Police and after handing the thief over, thanked Moti. After that, everyone adorned Moti and not Kitty. Kitty was now alone. She thought once again and after thinking a while realized that we are known for our deeds and and not for our looks.
