It can be said that development is destruction for other.
Let us understand with an example.
Suppose you and your family lives in the jungle, and Jungle is the source of your livelihood. But one day there were some construction need to be done to built homes for those who don't have.
Here Development is for them who will get home. But destruction for you guys, because authorities asked you to leave the jungle.
Think yourself ... Is it development for you or destruction...
