Development phases

  • Development is certainly useful but claiming it as useful for all the living things in the world is certainly not true. This can be illustrated with an example.
  • Let's take the case of urbanization. It is, of course, valuable for human beings. They live close to the area of work, transport issues will be reduced and they can live around the facility. But due to this lots of trees are lost. Hence the forest area depreciates and the animals living in that area also loses its habitat.
  • Thus development has two faces. It is of ultimate use and utmost threat.
