Development refers to the process that involves taking steps towards achieving certain goals and fulfillment of certain desires. It is complex task that starts with awareness.The development goals of the given categories industrialists : to earn more and more profit, cheap labour women :better jobs for her husband or the male head of the family, preferably in the urban areas; marriage of her daughters in a rich family which resides in urban areas and job for husband in rural areas with good education to children youth: demand for jobs which cater to their lifestyle and help them climb up the social and economic ladder girls : to get equal freedom as her brother and good education :aversion of the industrialists who get the dams constructed and cause displacement issues like displacement of livelihood, loss of occupation and rights to the natural resources
