ANSWER:

Different persons can have different developmental goals and to what maybe development for 1 may not be the development for the other. It makes even Distructive for the other.

EXAMPLE:

1)A girl expects as much freedom and opportunity as her brother and that he also shares in the household work .Her brother may not like this.

2) To get more electricity Industrialist May want more dams but this may submerge the land and disrupt the lives of people who are displaced such as tribals. They must resent this and may prefer small check dams or tanks to irrigate their land.

What is development for one may be destructive for other

Ex - if govt increases prices of vegetables then sellers r benefited as they have a better income now . But consumers r unhappy becaz they have to spend more money to fulfil their basic requirement .
