Large quantities of refuse and waste products polluted air and water while widespread use of coal in homes and industries release green house gases. These gases result in the increase in the temperature. Also the cutting of forests at the cost of setting industries, building roads, houses etc have resulted in decrease in rainfall. All these factors, have results in change in the climate locally as well as globally.
