development of service sector in India since before independence in rural and urban areas

Heya...

Before Independence there were no concentration of development of service sector in India..

* In urban areas there were some doctors and teachers for help to others but under the Britishers only..

* In rural areas it was scarcity of job opportunities in service sector...
