what may be development for one may not be development for other . yes this statement is absolutely true. and this could be understood by following example :--


If rich business man wants to establish industry in forested area then it is a type of developmental goal for him but if we have a look on the people living nearby of that forest may have to suffer a lot. it may submerge the existing vegetations and also people would not get their fuel , fruits and other things which they meet from the forest....this is the developmental goal of businessman which is conflicting for the people living nearby.
