Black is a colour.
White is also a colour.
So why is a TV having black and White graphics not considered as a Coloured TV?

Explanation:
many reasons☺❤
➡ course, black and white are colours but they don't show the actual colours of the things. When we watch the black and white tv there's no feel in it as we cannot see the actual beautiful colours of the clothing worn in the particular program. So, the black and white tv is not considered as coloured tv...
➡Black is Not a Colour and white is colour Mixture of these colour is known as Black& white . So , black
and white isn't really two colors. ☺️
➡If color is solely the way physics describes it, the visible spectrum of light waves, then black and white are outcasts and don't count as true, physical colors. Colors like white and pink are not present in the spectrum because they are the result of our eyes' mixing wavelengths of light.

The reason is that :-
Black and white are not colors ->
As they do not have specific wavelengths.
White light contains all wavelengths of visible light.
Black light is the absence of visible light
Thank you! ☺
