Means, he paid Rs. 1000000 to bought a plot of land.

Also, the commission was paid at 3%.

We have to find that how much he paid to buy a estate agent.

Given:-

Rupees paid = Rs. 1000000

Commission paid = 3%

Find:-

Total amount paid by Dharmendra.

Solution:-

Amount paid on commission = Rupees paid × (Comission paid/100)

Substitute the known values in above formula

=> 1000000 × (3/100)

=> 10000 × 3

=> Rs. 30000

Now,

Total amount paid = Rs. 1000000 + Rs. 30000

=> Rs. 1030000
