Manoj will get more increment

Rate of increment for Dheeraj's salary = 15\%

Rate of increment for Manoj's salary = 20\%

Explanation:

For DHEERAJ

Two years ago Dheeraj's salary was 5000.

Present Dheeraj's salary is 6500.

Increment in two years for Dheeraj = 6500 - 5000 = 1500

Increment for one years = \frac{1500}{2} = 750

Rate of increment for every years R_d = \frac{750}{5000}\times 100 = 15\%

For MANOJ

1 years 6 months ago Manoj's salary was 4000.

Present Manoj's salary is 5200.

Increment in two years for Manoj's is

Increment for one years   = \dfrac{1200}{\frac{3}{2}} = 800

Rate of increment for every years = \frac{800}{4000}\times 100 = 20\%.

Hence, Manoj will get more increment.
