Diabetes insipidus , a disease is caused by the deficiency of a hormone called d) Vasopressin.

The incapability of kidneys that inhibits to give them any response to Antidiuretic hormone, causes this kind of diseases state called Diabetes insipidus.

Kidneys filter blood to make or conserve water for urine formation.

But lack of Vasopressin does not let it do so.

Hence the patient suffers from dehydration and urine problems.
