Explanation:

Diabettis mellitus caused due to inadequate seceration of insulin . Insulin regulates the level of glucose helping lever to convert excess glucose into glycogen and store it. In diabetic patients,the body neither can take more sugar nor store it in liver.Thus the blood cell carries excess sugar but other tissues lack of it. Major symtoms of diabetes mellitus includes fatigue,loss of weight ,excess thirst and frequent pass of urinate.Diabetis can lead to malfunctioning of other organs like kidney and heart.

Diabetic patients are given with insulin injections and medication depending on their condition. There is a tendency to run in families.It can occur in any age. It can be prevented by dialy moderate exercise and balanced diet.

Heart Attack-Coronary artery diseases leads to heart attack.It occurs when a part of a heart muscleis suddenlydeprived of its blood supply due to complete blockage of the artery feeding it.
