Let the side be x

Given: AC= 6√2 cm

We know that all the angles of a square = 90°

In ∆ABC , <B is right angled

By applying Pythagoras theorem:

AC² = AB² + BC²

=> (6√2) ² = x² + x²

=> 36 × 2 = 2x²

=> 72 = 2x²

=> x² = 36

=> \rm x = \sqrt{36}

=> x = 6cm

Perimeter = 4 x

= 4 × 6 cm

= 24 cm
