length of square is also 10cm and its perimeter is 4*s=4*10
=40

SO ,

(ROOT 2)A=10

 A=10/ROOT 2

SIDE OF SQUARE=10/ (ROOT2)

PERIMETER OF SQUARE= 4A

                                         =4(10)/(ROOT 2)

                                         = 40/(ROOT 2)
