Diagonals AC and BD of a parallelogram ABCD intersect at O. If AB=10cm and the perpendicular distance between AB and DC is 8cm, calculate area of triangle AOB

The area of the triangle AOB is one fourth of the area of the parallelogram which is 10×8=80

so the answer ia 80/4=10cm^2
