Please refer to the given fig.

∠DAB = 30° (Alternate Interior Angles)
∠BDC = 60° (Alternate Interior Angles)

Since diagonals of a rectangle are equal and bisect each other, we can say that
OC = OA, and
OB = OD

So, ∆DOC is Isosceles
Thus, ∠CDO = ∠OCD (Angles opposite to equal sides of a triangle are equal)
