the stamen of the flowers are collectively called as the androecium which produce the pollen in the flowers which are then transferred to the stigma and zygote forms.

Gynoecium on the other hand is the female reproductive part of the flower that produce the main female thing called ovules. it is a general term for the female reproductive part.
