More About Human Heart :-

The human heart has 4 chambers - 2 atria (right and left) and 2 ventricles (right and left). The right half of the heart receives deoxygenated blood whereas the left heart receives oxygenated blood.

Arteries carry blood from the heart to different parts of the body whereas veins deliver the blood back to the heart. Arteries are connected to veins by thin capillaries, where materials are exchanged between blood and cells.
