Answer:

Draw a line segment AC=5.2 cm.

Draw the perpendicular bisector to the line AC.

Label the intersecting point as O.

Taking O as centre, draw an arc of length with radius OB=OD= 3.2cm either side of the line AC since diagonals bisect each other in rhombus.
