B CELLS ARE PRODUCED IN CELLs of bone marrow and remain there and later migrate to lymphoid tissue. these cells produce plasma cells , once triggered off by antigens . they are part of humoral system . they act against viruses and bacteria and do not react against transplants and cancer crlls by producing antibodies. it have no inhibitory effect on immune system ....☆ T CELLS:- they are produced in cells of bone marrow and migrate to thymus and differentiate under influence of thymus. these cells are responsible for recognizing a specific antigen and attack it by releasing chemicals in immune . they are a part of cell mediated immune system. they act against pathogenic micro organism and organ transplant and cancer cells . suppressor cells inhibit immune system
