This is a question that will probably be outdated eventually, because anything I write a computer might eventually be able to do, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

Currently a computer cannot come up with creative thoughts, they are not properly self-aware, they cannot improve upon themselves or self-replicate. Balancing is still in the early stages, vision and the comprehension of vision are also currently limited. But all of these tasks are being developed and any or all could be solved in the next 1-20 years at any time.
