Doctor- Oh! That's concerning. Tell me, Johnny, how is your diet? What have you eaten in past days?
Johnny- Um, actually I have had food these days from restaurant in past days. My wife is not at home these days, so I have to order food from outside.
Doctor- That is the reason, Johnny. You've eaten a lot of outside food these days, upsetting your stomach.
Johnny- But, doctor, I ordered from five star restaurants. How is it possible?
