Son was quite upset. Father came and asked him the reason.............. Father: What happened my child ? You are looking upset. Is there something bothering you ?............. Son: Yes pops, as you know its exam times. I am trying hard to score good marks. I am studying well but I don't no why I am not able to do good in exams.............. Father : Exams are important but if you are facing any problem in studies, then you should must think about your studying pattern. I mean with your timetable, with your catching power and the amount of hardwork you are putting to succeed. .......................... Son: I didn't get you. Can you tell me how can I handle this situation. Father : Yes my child. First, just take a deep breath and think were you attentive at your classes, if NO then why and if YES then what's the problem. If you want to succeed in your life then you should work hard but with a proper rest as it keeps your mind fresh. You are fond of drinking coffee, avoid that as it decreases your thinking capability, frame a good time table with suitable breaks of 10-15 min. and in those breaks do any physical activity so that it will keep you energetic.
