Passenger: "Sir, please help me."

Clerk: "Yes, I am here to help you. What do you want?"

Passenger: "I want to go to Chennai. Which platform should I go to?"

Clerk: "You will have to go to platform number 12."

Passenger: "O, that is too far, isn't it?"

Clerk: "Yes, but there is no hurry, the train will arrive only after one hour. You have plenty of time to reach there."

Passenger: "I know that. But I have a lot of luggage."

Clerk: "Don't worry about that, I will ask the coolie to bring a trolley for you."

Passenger: "Thank you so much for your consideration."

Clerk: "You are welcome."
