(Salesman rings the bell)

Lady: Yes, how can I help you ?

Salesman: My name's Ramesh and I'm from Morphy Richards. You had called me in the morning regarding malfunctioning of your mixer grinder.

Lady: yes, please do come inside. I bought this grinder 2 months back and the motor has started making rattling noise.

(Salesman examine the grinder and opens it)

Salesman: ohh, it was a problem of rotor wound wires. I replaced it.

Lady: Any hidden charges for this part ?

Salesman: Since our mixer comes with 2years of warranty, I have replaced it free of cost.
