C : Actually I am really sorry for that. i was in hurry and so in fast i had taken the wrong book. Now i want to replace it.

B : Sure mam/sir if it is in good condition.

C : yes. yes I hadn't opened and read it clearly.just saw the title and brought it to you .

B : ok mam/sir give this wrong book to me and choose your book which you needed.

C : Sure thanks.

Customer - Day before yesterday i asked you for cindrella fairy tale book but you actually gave me the twelve dancing princesses

Bookseller - Sorry, yesterday i was giving the twelve dancing princcess book to other customer but accidently gave You. The other customer came and returned and took it.

Customer - oh no problem can you give me my book which i asked?
