ATQ,

vol. of cuboid = vol. of cone

lbh = 1/3 πr²h

44×21×12 = 1/3 ×22/7 r²×24

44×21 = 22/21r² ×2

21 = 1/21 r²

r²= 21 ×21

r=21cm
