Given : Diameter of a circular field is 70 cm

To Find :  area of the same circular field

a) 1256 cm square

b) 3500 cm square

c) 3850 cm square

d) 15,400 cm square

Solution:

Diameter of a circular field is 70 cm

=> Diameter = 70 cm

Radius = Diameter /2

=> Radius = 70/2

=> Radius = 35 cm

Area of circle = π (Radius)²

π = 22/7

Radius = 35

=> area of  circular field  = (22/7) (35)²

= 22 * 35 * 35 / 7

=22 * 35 * 5

= 110 * 35

= 3850 cm²
