volume= pi x r x r x h

new R= 1.25 x r

volume = pi x 1.25 r x 1.25 r x h

volume = pi x R x R x h x (1.5625)

volume = pi x R x R x H/1.5625 x (1.5625)

volume = pi x R x R x H (64%)

i.e height should be taken as aprox 64%

i.e decrease in height is 36%
