diameter = 2.1m \\ circumference = \pi \times d \\  \frac{22}{7} \times 2.1m = 6.6m \\ distace = 3.3km \\  = 3.3 \times 1000m \\  = 3300m \\ number \: of \: revolution =  \frac{distance}{circumference \: of \: wheel }  \\ =   \frac{3300m}{6.6m } = 500
