Let the radius of the moon be r cm.
So,the radius of the earth is 4r cm.
Ratio of their volumes=Volume of earth : Volume of earth
                                   =(4/3)π(4r)³ : (4/3)π(r)³
                                   =64r³ : r³
                                   =64 : 1
RAtio of their CSA=CSA of earth : CSA of moon
                             =4π(4r)² :4π(r)²
                             =16r² : r²
                             =16 : 1
