Diameter of the wheel of car is 70cm.
Therefore radius of the wheel is = 70/2 = 35cm.
Circumference of the wheel = 2πr
= 2 × 22/7 × 35
= 44 × 5
= 220cm
No. Of revolution it can cover in 165cm = 165/220 = 0.75
