Let radius of circle with center c = R
Now
Pai( R)^2= pai r1 square- pai r2 square
=pai(r1 square-r2 square)
=22/7(225-64)
=22/7(161)
=22*23
Pai R square= 506 now
R square= 506*7/22
R= root(161) now R=12.6
Now circumference of circle with center c
2pai r= 2*22/7*12.6
= 2*22*1.8
= 79.2
