Day date time

Day date time today I am thinking about the last sad moments of my life that sad moment is when a child moving at the side of the road a fast moving car hit the boy and in some minutes the boy died car driving run out of the car and run away from this place people gathered there are also see that accident feel bad at that night and I even don't eat my dinner at the night when I think about that accident I get angry on the people who drive the vehicle fast in heat the other other people walking at the roadside this type of people should be publicly hang and give punishment direct sentenced to death now I am feeling sleepy goodbye

It is after all your innermost feelings and your tense may change from entry to entry depending on your mood. ... You can use past or present tense but it depends on the author's purpose. In a diary, if someone will read it, use present tense to make the reader feel like are in the same situation.
