Answer: Altered food in Samba Restaurant

I, Anshu Gupta the food inspector was on the round collecting the samples for the food to be inspected. I entered Samba Restaurant at 1: 33 p.m. The report came within 2 hours which was very sad to see.

There food quality was very poor. They didn't used iodine salt. There were many highly polluted products they were using to cook the food. We had to seal the restaurant.

Explanation:

My job is to inspect food and other edible substance used in hotels. Every month we are given to inspect different hotels right from mess to big five-star hotels. I am a food inspector. We work in teams.

We make note of issues that the hotel manager faces regarding food products for hotels. Our main job is to check the quality of the food prepared and the dishes that are prepared in hotels.

As usual myself and my team members went on our usual check around a five star hotel and I was startled to find out that the hotel was using all expired flour to make naan and chapati, the Indian bread. We further went on  to check the freshness of the vegetables and again all half-rotten tomatoes and potatoes were being used.

We questioned the manager who had absolutely no answer to our simple questions. We immediately sealed the restaurant, and we must thank our higher officials that they cancelled the licence to run the restaurant.
