Dear Diary.

Very soon the ICC World Cup is about to begin. I simply cannot contain my excitement. My toes are getting tingly just by the thought of bringing the cup home. The first match is against South Africa. It will be tough but I hope that they win till the end. Dev has cut his hair to match the World Cup Trophy. It looks ridiculous.

But I can understand his feelings. My mid terms are approaching. I have to juggle both my studies and the World Cup. I will certainly not miss any match. Oh God! I cant wait. It is almost June today.

Only 5 days are left. I can almost feel the anticipation in the air. After 1983 and 2011 I hope that they bring the cup home.
