Dear Diary,

Today was a devastating day for the village and its villagers. We suffered from the Super Cyclone. Thankfully, I was not in the village when it came but I feel sorrowful for from friends and family who saw this storm, seeing their terrible plight I forgot my own sufferance. I survived by taking shelter on a rooftop and ate fallen coconuts for two days. It kept on pouring rain.
