Dear Diary,
Today was an eventful day for me. I planted a sapling! Today a tree plantation drive was organised in our school. All the students were divided into groups which were supervised by a teacher. Every group had to choose a spot and plant a sapling. Our group chose a place. Then all of us together tilled the area to plant the small sapling that each group was given.
We decided like the others to water our sapling every day till it grows into a tree. It was a fun thing we did today but we also got to learn so much. Growing our own tree in the school campus is a message to all that we must all plant trees and save the planet from the cons of deforestation and global warming.
