Diary entry on the day you left for office after staying at home for six months

Dear Diary,

Time really flies. I can’t imagine it has been six months that I have been staying at home. It seems like yesterday. Office seemed so alien.

I had become so accustomed to getting up late, sipping the morning cup of tea leisurely chatting with mother, bathing late. Office felt like a nightmare today. To be seated suited and booted the whole day, minding the P’s and Q's all seemed so strenuous. Oh, how I long for yesterday!

I am feeling too worked out now. I better get to bed as I have to wake up early.
