Dear diary,
I planned this puja very specially as my cousis were coming at our place that time. We couldnot visit pandals due to the huge spread of Covid 19 in the previous year. This year, I went to do pandal hopping along with my cousins in my neighborhood. The pandals were not that crowded this time.
Most of the people were wearing masks but it was hard to maintain physical distance. The authorities of pandals arranged sanitization before entering the pandals. It was good to see that the count of Covid 19 cases is not increasing rapidly. This Dussehra was absolutely different from previous years. I hope that everything will be alright very soon.

Dear Diary,
This year the celebration of Dussehra has been quite different for me. Like in previous years, we have celebrated this festival just after the nine holy days of Navratri. On the day of Dussehra, people gather in a large amount to see the three effigies of Ravana, Meghnad and Kumbhkaran along with the story of Ramayana being performed by different artists.
But this year nothing such happened as the pandemic period is not yet over. Today i went to a pandal near my neighbourhood where just a single effigy of Ravana was there. Only a few people gathered in the pandal for the celebration of Dussehra. People were following the social distancing norms by keeping a maximum distance of 6 feet distance from others.
All the people covered their faces with face masks so that even if there is a crowd in the pandal, the people are safe from each other. Everyone was being asked to carry their own sanitizers so that they could keep themselves safe and protected. Thus, in the end the effigy of Ravana was burnt by the member of our society parishad and the day ended on a good note.
Good night Diary!
