Dear diary,
Today I visited my ancestral village, Patharpratima. Villages are always very close to my heart. The fresh air and greenery attract me towards it. I went to visit there to meet my grandparents after a long time. It was a journey by train.
There I watched the farmers harvesting the wheat crop and women fetching water from wells. I got to see the life of rural people very closely. It was refreshing to see the extensive fields and crops that we cannot get to see in our busy city. It was nice meeting with my grandparents and cousins. We visited some of the places there and enjoyed a lot.
