Dear Diary:

I am so excited and happy today! I have been elected as the

captain of school hockey team. I really had to wait long to get this honor. Now

when, I have got this prestigious responsibility, I will have to work very

hard. Before becoming the captain I just had to look after my own game; now I will

have to be responsible for the entire team’s performance. I will have to be a

perfect role model. I will have to keep the team well-coordinated. I have so

many plans for my team’s betterment and improvement. With the cooperation and

guidance of my coach, I will make my team as the best team in the city.
