The diary entry can be written as follows:

Dear diary,

I had a issue with my bestriend ABC. The issue happened because I have warned ABC that she's making friends with Sheetal who isn't a good person. I have seen Sheetal misbehaving with her parents and teachers, not doing her homework and misbehaving with other children in the school. However, although my intentions were to help ABC but I said things which were wrong. I told her that she also wanted to be careless and bad and that is why she is making friends with Sheetal.

Today, I have realized that  getting angry is the worst thing to handle a situation. If I would have maintained my calm, then may be ABC would have understood my point.

Diary entry expressing the feelings about regret is given below -

Tuesday, January 31, 2021.

11 P.M.

Dear diary,

Today I disagreed with my close friend. In the fit of anger, I ended up saying things that I should not have spoken. I did apologize for my mistake when I realised it, but my close friend is not forgiving me.

I don't understand what else to do. I tried my best. Maybe sometimes things go like this only. People get hurt and their feelings blind them, they don't think what the guilty person is feeling.

Feeling of guilt is so bad, especially when someone doesn't forgive you. The guilty person feels like he is the victim, and no one cares about their feelings. Moreover, the world thinks the guilty people do not deserve to be heard because they were wrong.

Hope my close friend forgives me soon.

Seeta.
