Dear Diary,
Today was the most exciting day of my life. Wanna know why? I found a box full of jewels while visiting my garden!
I was getting bored in the afternoon so my mother suggested that i did some chores. She gave me several sapling and said to plant them and water them.
At first I was really sad because gardening is one of the things that i hate to do. Anyway I went out with a shovel and starting digging the soil. At first there was nothing exciting when I planted the first row of seeds. But when I started digging the second row I felt something hard below my shovel. I was astonished that what could it be. I started to remove the sand with my hand until I found a box underneath. My heart started beating fast as I held it in my hand and slowly i opened it. I found heaps of jewels inside the box. I got excited and ran as fast as i can to my mom.
She didn't seem as excited as me upon seeing my discovery. I pondered on this thought when i got to know that my grandmother's dog hid her box of jewels somewhere and at that time they couldn't find it. I laughed at this and returned the box to my grandma.
This was the most exciting day of my life because i unknowingly found the'lost treasure' of my grandma. But now i am really tired and wish to call the day off. So goodnight.
