Diary writing about the experience of shifting from a familiar neighbourhood to a new place

We are going to shift from our house to a new house which is situated in another locality. I'm little tensed as I don't know anyone there. I like to make friends and I have a confidence that soon I will make new friends there also. I wish them to be as friendly as the people who I have been with here. I hope that it goes quite well.
