During the final examinations, you prepared for an English test, on the day when it was a Mathematics test. You realised your mistake when you were inside the Examination Hall. Narrate your experience in 1your diary how you overcame the situation.

Dear Diary, 

 

I would like to give you an insight into the most frightening and horrible day of my life. This whole week I prepared really hard for my English test. I was even hoping to ace my exam and come first in class. But to my unlucky stars, as I sat down for the examination I received the mathematics question paper instead of the English one. No one else seemed baffled by this. I even asked the teacher whether I received the correct question paper to which she replied in the affirmative. I was so shocked that I did not know what to do for the first 10 minutes.

Using some of my foundation skills in Mathematics, I completed my paper. I hope to get a mere passing mark if the teacher is lenient. I haven't told mum and dad yet about the mistake I made. They will be furious. I hope I can catch them in a pleasant mood to give them this terrible news. From next time onwards I'm going to make a time table for my exams so that this mistake does not occur.

I will keep you updated on how my parents react to this. Till then goodnight.
