Dear Diary:
I am sharing
with you my elation over winning the best singer award in the inter-school
singing competition. I got the maximum votes from judges gave me 10 0ut of 10. In the final round I had to sing songs suggested to me by the judges. I felt quite nervous on the stage. But I had practiced hard and enough to overcome my stage fear My singing teacher had made me practice classical music really well. I thank God, my teacher, my parents,and everyone who helped me win this award.

Dear Diary
I don't know how to express my happiness on winning the 'Best singer award' in state level singing competition. I feel like I am on the top of the world. I had taken part in many competitions earlier in school but this was a big one. I could not believe that I am the state level winner. When the results were being announced I was not sure that I will be the winner so I was standing at the end. Suddenly my friend came and told me
that they are calling me on stage. As I went there I saw that the Chief Minister was holding the winner trophy. My joy knew no bounds on hearing my name as the winner. Everyone congratulated me. My teachers were prasing me. My parents were so happy. My mother gave me a tight hug and was very proud of me. I am unable to sleep because of my excitement of winning. It was one of the best day.
