Today was so cool! Today was the first day of my new school. I was nervous to go to this new school because I didn’t know anybody there. I went to school calmly through the bus. Many people were making noise. I quietly sat down and then a girl came to me and sat beside me. We started talking and I found out that she was a new student too. Her brother goes to the same school and she said that her brother can show us around. We went to our classes and I had the same classes with my new friend. She was really nice and helped me with my work. I got a lot of homework just on the first day of school. But my new friend, Keerti said she would come to my house and help to do the homework with me. I was so happy and it was lunch. I found out that many people in the new school are very friendly. After lunch there were a few more classes and after that I went home. It was a very good day . I hope everyday at this school are like thins only. I was scared at first but now I am happy.

Dear Diary, Today was my first day at my school. I was very excited to go to the new class as I've completed my 4th standard and has been promoted to class 5. When I went to my class I found that my best friend Aman was also in the same section.
