Dear Diary,

I am very proud of myself....Today,I and my parents were going to the market to buy some vegetables as there were none at home.We bought tomatoes and Brinjals.We bought eggs as we were running out of eggs.I wanted to carry the eggs to help my parents.But,my mother scolded me saying that it would break,I gave the egg tray back to her.We were about cross the road.Thats when we saw him.An old man was lying by the road side who had met with an accident.I quickly rushed to the injured old man.I helped him stand up.I helped him by gathering all his things which were lying on the ground.He was going back home after buying some things from the market.His hair was white and and his face was gray.His feet were aged and slow.Many people passed by him and none of them heeded a glance at him.I helped him get up.My parents were proud of me.I walked back to my parents with a young happy heart.
